o return a product, please contact us through info@zuriliving.eu. Products can be returned up to 30 days after the product was received.
We kindly request that all products are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.
Zuri living is not responsible for the loss of any returned products in the mail or at customs.
After we have received the products please allow 1-7 business days for the refund, without shipping costs. Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
Zuri living will not accept returns of any purchases that have been used, damaged or altered.
Zuri living reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedure.
